The redesign of the pool area together with the BBQ allows to separate the social area from the relaxation room. The redistribution of the interior spaces of the rooms allow more and better rest spaces as well as the expansion of the accommodation capacity of people.

Located the financial center of Manhattan, this imposing place should be the meeting and reunion point of three families. The style of each members was the inspiration for development of their personal rooms. The common areas are comfortable and modern meeting environments where all the spaces and finishes come together harmoniously.
