Introduction

Despite being a project recently executed by another company, the client was faced with the need for growth in work stations. Our proposal was to achieve greater spatial efficiency and brand identity with elements that highlight the culture of the region through artisan elements and art work by local artists.

Introduction

Initially, we were contacted to carry out a remodeling of the presidential area, because like the other top management areas, the space was oversized, while the operating areas lacked optimal working conditions for employees, and enough spaces for meetings. After performing an assessment and consulting the areas, we pointed out the poor usage of the three floors, and that the space they had could be reorganized to ensure capacity and better conditions, standardizing typologies according to positions / ranks. With this reorganization, it was possible, not only to comply with the program, but also, to create enough growth positions for each area, the capacity was tripled for meeting and collaboration areas, additionally new areas were created such as: auditorium for 60 people, a large cafeteria, wellness and recreation area, even a 200M2 gym with bathrooms and dressing rooms.

The general atmosphere was handled with clean/bright colors and materials, white, neutral and gray furniture contrasted with blue and turquoise tones that resembled the colors of the sea. Through a brand implementation, it was possible to foster a sense of belonging and teamwork. After this first success case, the same look and feel was replicated in the different branches of the organization nation wide.

Introduction

In response to growth in the region, Garrigues decided to expand its headquarters in the city to a new office in a certified LEED Gold building. For this large firm with a global presence, maintaining its design standards unified both in typologies and in distribution and materials is a non-negotiable premise, which is why teamwork with its architecture and planning department located in Madrid, was a key piece in the resounding success of the project. The final result included a spatial distribution with the work typology defined for private offices and staff, as well as a large section of meeting rooms of different sizes for customer service, maintaining high quality standards in finishes, especially in acoustic treatments to ensure the confidentiality of their work.

Introduction

HarbourVest is one of the world’s leading private equity fund managers, headquartered in Boston. Being the first office in the Latin American region, the design premise was to achieve a space with a transitional and timeless style that reflected the strength and support of the brand, to generate confidence to its investors. To achieve this, neutral tones and warm materials such as wood, wallpaper, clear carpets and rich textured area rugs were specified. The passage of natural light through the glass of the partitions to the private offices and meeting room, as well as to the internal reception area and staff desk, reinforces the feeling of warmth of the space. Decorative elements of handcrafted work by local artisans and Latin American artwork, gave the office a regional touch with high level of sophistication.

Introduction

Located in a 30+ year-old building, and with many architectural limitations such as low ceilings and small dark glass windows, the design concept for this project was based on the application of the intense red color of the logo in focal areas. The main challenge was to achieve a vibrant and balanced indoor environment with grey and white tones and punctual red accents in the Haworth furniture, as well as carpet differentiation by the different work and collaboration areas. The importance of branding and teamwork is highlighted through the graphic application in lighted displays and visual elements on walls and displays. Products from Vitra, Ligne Roset among others were used in the presidential and VIP areas such as the executive dining room and the wellness areas.

The Private Lounge of Autogermana is located in the main showroom on the 128 street with 7th avenue in the city of Bogotá. The “look and feel” proposal for this space is based on materials and textures such as natural leather, surfaces in glossy finishes, decorative artisanal elements and artworks by Latin American artists, which match the exclusive positioning of the German brand.

This lounge perfectly collects what we wanted to make of this space: it has history, it has art, it has elegance, but above all it has spirit!

Introduction

For more than 60 years in the real estate sector, Inmobiliaria Ospina has stood out with a broad portfolio of properties in the city of Bogotá. In the Teleport Business Park, one of the business centers in the North of the city, the design and construction of their new offices was developed within 260 m2. The concept applied is “resimercial”, the combination of residential elements in office spaces using warm materials, furniture and colors. This allows us to provide cozy spaces that resemble “home”, one of the main segments for this real estate company. In the same way, different types of collaborative areas were developed which allow the interaction of their employees with clients in a more accessible, friendly and calm way. Brand management was implemented in specific areas of the space and using the emblematic “O” as part of the landscape.
