When Natura changed the location of their offices, we were asked to modernize its general look and feel, but the main goal was for the new space to achieve a constant interaction of employees. Although it wouldn’t be a salespoint, they wanted the products to have a place where they could be exhibited, which is why from the entrance there were designed exhibition showcases. Biophilia was proposed as the main concept, where the importance of living nature was highlighted by real gardens, natural plants and colorful flowers that provide sensation of wellness and coziness to the work space.
With creativity and efficiency in the use of materials, colors, finishes and graphic elements such as lighted displays with interchangeable advertising according to their product campaigns, the new space promotes greater connection between employees, since all work stations are open plan and teamwork is encouraged through open collaboration areas, private meeting rooms and a multipurpose auditorium for the sales force training.
“Natura was a pioneering project in the implementation of concepts such as open office and biophilia, providing integrated work schemes and well-being to its occupants.”
